If you exceed your monthly transaction limit, we apply a per-transaction overage charge of $0.90–$1.50 depending on your plan. Our sales team will review your account to determine if an upgrade makes sense or if it was a one-time occurrence.

Example: If you're on Level 1 (275 transactions) and submitted 295 transactions, you'd pay an additional $30.00 for the 20 extra transactions. Your transaction count resets at the start of each month.

What counts as a transaction? +
A transaction is defined as a claim submitted or an eligibility verification. So if your plan includes 275 transactions, that pool covers both your claim submissions and your eligibility checks combined for the month.
What happens if I go over my transaction limit? +
If you exceed your monthly transaction limit, we apply an overage charge of $0.90–$1.50 per transaction depending on your plan. Our sales team will also review your account to determine whether upgrading to a higher plan makes sense, or if the overage was a one-time occurrence. What are the contract terms? +
