A transaction is defined as a claim submitted or an eligibility verification. So if your plan includes 275 transactions, that pool covers both your claim submissions and your eligibility checks combined for the month.
What happens if I go over my transaction limit? +
If you exceed your monthly transaction limit, we apply an overage charge of $0.90–$1.50 per transaction depending on your plan.
