All of our comprehensive packages include eligibility verification to ensure patient coverage, electronic claims (eClaims) submission for faster processing, and claims status inquiry to keep you updated on the progress of your claims. Additionally, you'll receive Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) for detailed payment information, the capability to attach and manage medical documents securely, and robust reporting features to help you track and analyze your performance. All these services are bundled together to provide you with a complete, hassle-free solution at an unbeatable price.

Core Bundles

Level 1

$220/month

Includes up to 275 transactions* per month.  This package is perfect for the individual practice just embarking on medical billing. 

Level 2

$375/month

Includes up to 425 transactions* per month.   This package is ideal for small practices looking to expand their billing operations while maintaining cost efficiency.

Level 3

$490/month

Includes up to 575 transactions* per month. Designed for mid-sized practices, this package offers higher transaction limits to support growing patient volumes.

Level 4

$550/month

Includes up to 725 transactions* per month.  Perfect for large practices and medical groups, this package provides comprehensive support for high-volume billing needs with maximum efficiency.

*Transactions are defined as claims submitted and/or eligibility verification

Additional Information

Overage Charges

.90 - $1.50

If you exceed your monthly transaction limit, no worries. We will apply an overage charge of $0.90 to $1.50 per transaction, depending on your plan. Our sales team will review your account to determine whether an upgrade to a higher package level is needed or if the extra transactions were a one-time occurrence.


Example: If you submitted 295 transactions you would be charged $30.00. Then at the beginning of the month, your transaction count will reset.

Portal Implementation and Setup

$2,500

As part of our comprehensive implementation process, we will set up your custom portal for a one-time fee. This setup includes configuring the portal to meet your specific needs, our expert team will handle all technical aspects, from initial configuration to final deployment, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient setup. 

Activation Fee

$199

To kickstart your journey with MediClaim Works, we charge a one-time activation fee.

We take care of identifying and correcting errors in your rejected claims, ensuring they are accurately resubmitted for approval. This service is perfect for clients who need their claims handled swiftly and effectively without additional training or detailed explanations.

  • Rejection Resolution: Quick identification and correction of claim errors.
  • Resubmission: Accurate and timely resubmission of corrected claims.
  • No Training or Explanation: Focused on getting your claims approved without additional instructions.


*Prerequisite:  Must complete a qualifying training program.  Access to third-party payor portals is also needed.
