MediClaim Works was conceived out of necessity to meet the unique demands of dental practices in the medical billing landscape. The traditional medical billing process, with its overwhelming 70,000+ CPT codes, is often unnecessarily complex for dentists, who only use a small fraction of these codes. Recognizing this disparity, we embarked on a mission to create a solution that simplifies and streamlines medical billing specifically for dental professionals.  

MediClaim Works was created to support individual and small group practices that found traditional medical billing clearinghouse solutions expensive, complex, and often misaligned with actual needs.  Many existing platforms rely on tiered pricing models that require practices to pay for features they do not use, creating unnecessary cost barriers to electronic claim submission.

We provide a more cost-effective, provider-friendly alternative without sacrificing compliance, functionality, or performance.  MediClaim Works helps practices reduce inefficiencies, minimize errors, and submit cleaner claims from the start.

We recognized the need for a platform that surpasses all others in performance. A platform that establishes direct connections to payers, offering our customers lightning-fast reimbursements and streamlined processing. To achieve this, we selected Inovalon as our clearinghouse. Additionally, to keep costs low for our customers, we adopted a partnership approach. Our clients have access to a team that is actively engaged in medical billing and uses the platform daily, providing practical guidance based on real-world experience.  While a direct clearinghouse relationship offers transaction processing, it does not include the level of billing insight, workflow support, and reimbursement guidance that MediClaim Works delivers!
