Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for either ClaimGuard Basic or ClaimGuard Plus services, the client must meet the following criteria:
- Qualifying Training Program: The client must have completed a qualifying training program from one of our approved training partners. Proof of completion must be provided upon sign-up.
- Access to Third-Party Payor Portals: The client must grant us access to all necessary third-party payor portals to review, correct, and resubmit claims.
Service Cap
- Monthly Claim Limit: Each client is entitled to a maximum of 10 claims per month. Any additional claims will not be reviewed or processed unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed upon.
ClaimGuard™ Basic
- Rejection Resolution: We will identify and correct errors in your rejected claims, ensuring accurate resubmission.
- Resubmission: Corrected claims will be resubmitted promptly.
- No Training or Explanation: This service does not include detailed explanations or training on how the claims were corrected.
ClaimGuard™ Plus
- Rejection Resolution: We will identify and correct errors in your rejected claims, ensuring accurate resubmission.
- Resubmission: Corrected claims will be resubmitted promptly.
- Educational Videos: Custom videos will be provided, explaining the corrections made and the reasons behind them to help prevent future rejections.
General Conditions
- Service Availability: Services are subject to availability and may be adjusted based on operational capacity and other factors.
- Confidentiality: All client information and claim details will be handled with strict confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
- Service Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services if the client fails to meet the eligibility requirements, exceeds the claim limit without prior arrangement, or breaches any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
- Contract: A 12 month contract is required.
By signing up for ClaimGuard™ Basic or ClaimGuard™ Plus, the client agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of services.
